Accommodation

The Villa is available from 5 to 11 bedrooms each with private ensuite bathrooms, with 5 king size rooms, 4 twin rooms (twin beds can be made into king size) and 2 optional queen size rooms.  All rooms are uniquely designed and come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, LED TV’s, multi channel satellite TV and refrigerator. The key features are the 2 main Penthouse bedrooms, one giving direct access to the swimming pool, with the 2nd having its own private Sala and seating area for you to enjoy the views, night & day.

Dining

Your rental includes daily breakfast, complimentary bottled water and tea & coffee in all rooms. All other drinks & meals can be purchased to order and prepared by your own personal Thai chef. Our dining room is more than capable of catering for your needs with comfortable seating for upto 30 people. Outdoor poolside dining can also be arranged for BBQ meals.

Swimming Pool

The large 20 x 6 meter (2.5 meter deep) infinity edged pool is provided for your enjoyment, set in an elevated position with sea views of Patong Bay, complete with Jacuzzi, fully staffed pool bar, oversized sun lounges and outdoor shower.

Living Rooms

The villa comes complete with 2 living rooms on 2 separate levels. The 1st is on the ground floor upon the entrance to the villa, here you will find a bar, a fully equipped gymnasium, an American size pool table, satellite TV with plenty of seating and a computer and printer. The 2nd living room on the 2nd floor leads onto the swimming and pool enjoys panoramic sea views with ample seating and state of the art TV and sound system.

Staff

Our Villa is western owned and managed with an additional 5 staff at hand to take care of your cleaning and laundry, maintenance, guest relations and 24 hour security. Your own personal chef will be serving up your daily breakfast in our 30 seater restaurant, with the option of all your other meals cooked for you to your exact liking. Your private villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle all your personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tours and recommendations.
