Payment Terms
- 50% of total amount is required when the booking is confirm, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
- A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount, less any extra expenses incurred during the stay, will be returned when checking out.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
- From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
- From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
- From 29 days or less: 100% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
