Bedrooms

The Master Bedroom has direct access to its very own pool with private bathroom and deck with sea views. It also features bathrooms with bath tubs that open onto the lap pool off the deck. This is stylish and elegant tropical architecture that showcases Phuket’s finest ocean views and sunsets. The other 2 suites are spacious and offer private decks with sea views. The 4th bedroom is on the pool terrace level and boasts a large nicely appointed room with queen bed, flat screen tv on wall and a connecting bathroom with shower and toilet and change room.

Payment Terms

• 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to check-in date

Security deposit

• A security deposit of USD 500 is required in cash upon arrival or may be payable together with the balance payment. This security deposit may be used to cover the cost of the use of telephones, extra cleaning (if required) and other services. It is usually returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property, less any unpaid expenses. Cost of refunding the security deposit will be deducted from the security deposit itself.
