Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.

With great attention to detail it is tastefully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture, Chinese antiques, Asian artworks and Thai silks which complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area.

For entertainment, Emerald Villa offers a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games for younger guests (or the young-at-heart!) Additionally, for the health conscious, the fitness room is complete with gym equipment.

Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms, all en suite over two levels, and it can readily accommodate 12 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized 4 poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. A second en-suite bedroom, with twin beds, is located on the same floor, designed for younger children needing to be closer to their parents.

The remaining four bedrooms are all located on the lower floor. This floor is split between the main villa and a two bedroom semi self-contained area comprising of bedroom 5 (with queen size bed) and bedroom 6 (with single bed, and pull out single bed below). It also has its own kitchenette, breakfast bar and living room, boasting its own 50″ flat screen TV, DVD player and home theatre.

Back in the main villa, bedrooms 3 and 4, each en-suite, both have direct pool access and offer a choice of another-four poster king sized bed, or queen size bed. Also, you will find a spacious home gym with cross-trainer and bicycle, and space for the kids to play games or the Nintendo Wii provided. The home gym/kids playroom conveniently leads onto the villa’s e-suite maids’ room with bunk beds, having its own independent access from the double carport, and laundry.

Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room with 50″ flat screen TV/DVD player and cable TV. Moving outside you can sit and relax or dine outside at the 8 seater dining table under the cover of the large balcony, taking in the vast open views.

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while you wait for the drinks to chill.

Payment Terms

• 50% of total amount is required when the booking is confirm, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival date

• A security deposit of Baht 20,000 shall be paid to the Villa Manager on arrival. This will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during stay. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount will be returned when checking out of can be deducted off any extra cost incurred during stay.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: full deposit is refundable.
• From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
• From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non-refundable.
• From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes nonrefundable.

Our Villa, as part of the private development, is located on the hillside which allows for tranquil open views over Nai Harn. The estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants and many tourist activities
